Better Cars Service Center

Stopped by to inquire about having service done to several of my old Mercedes. Owner was not present and only employee there at the time didn't speak english. Waited and looked around while waiting, foreman came up, hopped out of his car, and was immediately confrontational and hostile and told me off for looking around. Probably does good work, but I wouldn't know because I was ran off before I ever got the chance to ask about anything. Approach like you're walking on broken glass. Better off watching Pelican Parts videos and doing the work yourself. EDITED to fix owner to foreman. Also to clarify: Not once did the foreman ask anything even remotely close to "What are you doing" or "How can we help you?" It was nothing but yelling and "Get out of here." We never touched ANY of the vehicles. Know better than that, never tried opening anything to look inside, cup our hands to the glass to look inside, etc, Just simply just looking at them while we waited.

Dennis was honest, professional, and knowledgeable. After another shop told me my Mercedes GL550 needed a major repair that would have been a significant expense, Dennis took the time to properly diagnose the vehicle and found that wasn’t actually the problem. His honesty and expertise saved me from unnecessary repairs and a lot of money. I highly recommend Dennis to anyone needing service on their Mercedes or BMW. Thank you, Dennis!

I was referred to Better Cars Service Center by a dear friend who has lived in the area for decades. He told me he wouldn't bring his car to anyone else, and now I know why. I was given an appointment very quickly and the experience couldn't have gone better. They understood what the issues with the car were based upon what I had told them and they explained what they would and wouldn't be able to do. The results were better than the forecast. Both of my issues were resolved quickly and I was treated like royalty. The cost of my repairs was extremely reasonable. I bought a 17 year old car and I love it and won't entrust it to anyone else.

After my recent great experience at Better Cars, I will definitely be having my 2012 CL 550 serviced here with Dennis for all future work I may need. I was having serious electrical issues which other shops tried to diagnose and repair (to no avail), then my husband found Better Cars and immediately Dennis knew what the problem was, ordered our part, and made the repair! He is knowledgeable, friendly and has a really cute dog! Thank you so much for making my car driveable again!

A friend told me to see Dennis at Better Card Service Center for repairs on my mom’s Mercedes. I’ve been to other shops who work on Mercedes in the area, but as good as they are none hold a candle to Dennis and his team. They are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and gave us the best pricing to make the repairs. They made the repairs and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They gained my trust and my family will be taking our cars to them from now on.
